Sound Therapy
and
Healing Arts

Wisdom traditions teach of the natural energies of the Cosmos that flow throughout our being. Our bodies physiologically reflect the sacred geometry found in all of Creation. To participate in the universe is to encourage its beautiful inherent reflection within us. Healing with sound uses universal harmonies – as it has for thousands of years – to renew the body, mind and soul. The healing arts offer nourishing practices that inspire meaningful and lasting transformation, connecting nature’s gifts with personal intuition and creativity.

In Sound Therapy, universal harmonies are facilitated with a variety of instruments to enhance self-healing through vibration and resonance. Sound meditations guide us to join the harmonic frequencies of nature and experience a deep consciousness and connection with the Universe. Music inspires the psyche to awaken its most authentic story.

Labyrinth Walking, Sacred Geometry

Mandala Drawing, Sacred GeometryThrough the holistic lense of the mind-body-spirit correlation, the Healing Arts engage creative modalities in a co-journeying process between the practitioner and the client. Breath awareness and meditation are combined with energy approaches, such as aromatherapy and Reiki. Artistic expression, such as mandala drawing and intuitive writing, are used to expand and integrate self-awareness. As part of a holistic health practice, the healing arts add a dynamic dimension to the ongoing process of clarifying, restoring and enriching wellness.
