Holistic Wellness
and
Intentional Living

Living life wholly is a compassionate practice of self-assessment, acceptance, and choice-making – for our heart, mind, body and soul.

How do we know when we are out of balance? When we are working more than living… when we are giving more than receiving… when we are measuring more than flowing… when we are wishing more than longing… and when we are doing more than being.
Balance, Balanced Living, Life Coaching, Holistic HealthOrganizing time is part of how we participate in the flow of our lives, but the how-and-why’s can be tricky. We may get pulled away by our responsibilities, and distracted by our “shoulds.” Examining and retraining our auto-pilot nature around time is part of learning to use time more meaningfully.

By taking our whole person into consideration, we can craft a reasonable commitment to living holistically. The unique truth of our bodies, our perspective and thinking, the breadth of our feelings, and our connection with purpose are all considered in creating a well-rounded life.

Practices:

  • Holistic Choices and Time Management

“We can put our whole heart into whatever we do but if we freeze our attitude into ‘for or against,’ we’re setting ourselves up for stress. Instead, we could just go forward with curiosity, wondering where this experiment will lead. This kind of open-ended inquisitiveness captures the spirit of enthusiasm, or heroic perseverance.”
